Ordering and contract formation
You design your products, add them to the basket and enter the delivery address. The shop presentation is not yet a binding contractual offer. By finally confirming the order with an obligation to pay during checkout, you place a binding order. We accept your order when payment is successfully completed; the contract is then formed. We confirm it afterwards by email.
Checking and correcting details
Before placing a binding order, you can check and change products, designs, quantities and the delivery address on our pages. You can return to the shop from Stripe to do so. Changes trigger a new price and delivery check. Simply opening the payment page does not place an order.
Prices and payment
The total price shown at Stripe before you place a binding order includes the calculated VAT and the stated shipping costs. Payment is made through Stripe by card or, if offered on the payment page, by PayPal. Card wallets offered there may also be used. Payment is collected during the ordering process.
Production and delivery
Printful makes the products using your design and ships them directly to the delivery address provided. We show the available estimated delivery time for your order before purchase and include it in the order confirmation. Products may arrive in multiple shipments. Your contracting party remains JUSA Engineering UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
Import charges
Deliveries to certain countries may incur additional customs duties, import taxes or other import charges. These are payable by the recipient.
Personalised products and withdrawal
The products are made to your individual specifications. For goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is governed by your individual choice or specification, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal (§ 312g(2)(1) German Civil Code). Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
Changes, cancellations and defects
For changes or cancellation requests after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@jusa.io with your order number. We will check whether production can still be stopped or changed; we cannot guarantee a voluntary cancellation. Please also contact us about damaged or defective products. Your statutory rights concerning defects and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Contract records and languages
You can order in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish or Turkish. Your order confirmation uses the language selected when starting payment. We store the order data and the contents of the confirmation. That email contains the contractual information and you can save or print it. We do not offer a customer account with permanent access to the contract text; you can request a copy at kontakt@jusa.io.
